1. Hotel Cancellation/ amendments
Cancellation:
Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID: booking@bellapremierhotel.com ONLY, otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.
Customer must notify Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar if you plan to change before 5 days you check in. Any cancellation submitted after the cancellation due date, ONE night will be charged.
No Show :
If a booking is canceled within the day of arrival or In case of No show or shortening stay, no refund will be made (Considered as cancellation without the required advance notice)
Amendment:
Amendments is negotiable via our email: booking@bellapremierhotel.com
Refund:
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, although Bella Premier Hotel & Rooftop Skybar will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 12-15 days for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

+ Check-in time is from 02:00 PM and check-out time is at 12:00 noon
+ Extension of late checkout time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
+ Check-out until 04:30 PM – 50% of room rate
+ Check-out after 04:30 PM – 100% of room rate
Early Check in policy:
-Check in from 08:00 AM or earlier: We will keep the room for you in advance 01 day by that, the surcharge is 100%.
-Check in from 08:00 – 11:00 AM. We apply for surcharge 50% as one day room rate (This option depend on the availability on the date check in)
-Check in from 11:00 onward, we will consider to apply with free of charge. (This option depend on the availability on the date check in)
-Check in as policy: After 14:00.
